On Sunday, November 30, in Östersund, Sweden, the mixed relays of the World Biathlon Cup 2025/26 will take place. Ukrainian athletes will take to the start under the guidance of coaches capable of significantly altering the course of the competition.
Mixed Relay: Team Composition of Ukraine
At 15:00, the individual mixed relay will begin, in which Ukraine will be represented by Anton Dudchenko and Oleksandra Merkushina, who will race under number 11. In response to a question about their preparation for the competition, Anton noted: “We are very serious about this competition, as every stage is important for the overall ranking.”
At 17:40, the mixed relay will take place, where Ukraine will be represented by Bohdan Tsybmal, Bohdan Borkovsky, Anastasia Merkushina, and Olena Horodna, who have received the 8th starting number.
Upcoming Competitions
This week in Östersund, individual races are also scheduled for December 2-3, sprints on December 5-6, and pursuit races on December 7. The Ukrainian team hopes for successful performances, as they exhibited significant results at the World Cup last year.
