At 17:14, regional energy representatives reported substantial optimization of the electricity supply schedule. Specifically:
- Evening power supply slots for groups 1.1 and 3.1 have been completely canceled
- For other groups, restriction times have been reduced by several hours
- The region's energy system has stabilized

Group 1.1
No electricity: • from 00:00 to 01:30 • from 05:00 to 08:30 • from 12:00 to 15:30
Group 1.2
No electricity: • from 06:00 to 11:30 • from 19:00 to 22:00
The full schedule for other groups has also been proportionally reduced.
