In Ukraine, on December 1, the first day of winter, hourly power outage schedules will be implemented. This decision has become a necessary step in response to the consequences of massive missile and drone attacks that have damaged the country's energy infrastructure.
Operational information from the energy company "Ukrenergo" reports that electricity consumption restrictions will be in effect from 00:00 to 23:59. For the population, outages are planned at levels ranging from 0.5 to 3 schedules, while separate schedules will be in place for industrial consumers.
“The timing and scope of the restrictions may change. We recommend keeping an eye on information on the official pages of the regional energy companies and using electricity sparingly when it is available,” noted representatives of “Ukrenergo.”
