As of January 12, large-scale schedules of planned and emergency power outages will be in effect in 16 regions of the country. Regional energy companies and "DTEK" are reporting this in their local publications.

Outage Schedules by Region

The most challenging situation has developed in the following areas:

  • Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast: partial emergency shutdowns in Pechersk, Holosiivskyi districts and on the Left Bank
  • Kharkiv Oblast: complex schedules with 6 stages of disconnection
  • Cherkasy Oblast: detailed hourly schedules for 6 different stages
  • Chernivtsi Oblast: 12 disconnection groups
  • Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Khmelnytskyi, Kirovohrad, Sumy, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Rivne, Volyn, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Zakarpattia oblasts also have approved schedules

"Ukrenergo" emphasizes that hourly disconnection schedules will be applied for both residential and industrial consumers. Citizens are advised to familiarize themselves with schedules in their regions in advance.
