On the night of December 13, threats from the air intensified in Ukraine due to the ascent of the Russian aircraft "MiG-31K," which is a carrier of air-launched ballistic missiles "Dagger." In particular, an air alert was announced in Kyiv and several other regions due to rocket danger.

According to the report from the "Air Forces," the alert in the capital was declared after midnight, at 00:40, and at 01:11 information about the takeoff of the Russian aircraft "MiG-31K" was recorded. "An air alert has been declared in Kyiv due to the threat of missile weapon use," the official reports state.

By 01:20, the air alert was already in effect in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Chernihiv, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Kherson, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Donetsk regions. At 02:02, a signal indicating the end of the alert sounded in Kyiv, but the threat remained in other regions.

Furthermore, reports indicate that at this time, Russian troops also launched cruise missiles of the "Kalibr" type from the Black Sea, confirming the seriousness of the situation.

In light of these circumstances, people are advised to follow safety rules and stay in shelters. The situation remains under the control of military administrations and defense forces.
