Starting from November 27, new power outage schedules are being implemented in Ukraine due to the consequences of Russian attacks on energy facilities. The company "DTEK" has released information about hourly electricity consumption restrictions that will affect all regions of the country.

According to the announcement from "Ukrenergo", the volume of power outages will fluctuate from 0.5 to 2.5 shifts. These measures are being implemented to stabilize the energy system following the recent massive missile and drone strikes on energy facilities.

Power outage schedules for different regions

For the Dnipropetrovsk region, "DTEK" has already released schedules according to which electricity will be turned off throughout the day. Similar restrictions will also apply in Kyiv, where residents will have to cope with outages one or two times a day, depending on the shift.

In the Kyiv region, electricity supply is planned to be intentionally turned off only once a day in most cases. However, "Ukrenergo" emphasizes that the timing and volume of these restrictions may change depending on the situation.

Appeals to users

"We urge consumers to use electricity rationally," says "Ukrenergo" representative Vitaliy Zaychenko. Consumers are asked to reduce the load on the power grid, especially during morning and evening peak hours.

The situation in the energy sector remains challenging. Work continues to restore electricity supply in those regions that have suffered from recent attacks. At the same time, if there are no new shellings, the volume of outages in Ukraine may decrease to two shifts by the end of the week.

Emergency power outages have already been introduced in the Kharkiv, Sumy, and Poltava regions. The government recommends keeping track of information on the official pages of regional energy companies to receive timely updates.
