In the mid-range price segment, smartphone manufacturers find it increasingly difficult to offer something truly new — design has long since become standard, technologies develop gradually, and impressive innovations more frequently appear in flagship models.
However, Infinix continues to attract attention with attempts to make affordable models more original. The new INFINIX HOT 60 PRO+ is a bright example of this. It offers an extraordinarily advantageous and smart combination of features, design, and a quite attractive price at around 9000 UAH, or approximately 200 USD. Let’s take a closer look at the capabilities of this new product.

Package: Nice Bonuses from the Manufacturer
One of the strengths of Infinix smartphones is traditionally their packaging. In the box of the HOT 60 PRO+, the user will find not only the standard set with a USB-C cable, documentation, and a SIM card ejector, but also several useful accessories.

The package also includes:
- 45W power adapter
- Transparent flexible case
- Protective glass, adapted for a 3D-curved display
Considering that finding glass for such a type of screen at the start of sales can be tricky, this bonus truly adds convenience. It demonstrates that the manufacturer cares about the smartphone's readiness for immediate use "out of the box".
Design and Ergonomics
INFINIX HOT 60 PRO+ draws attention due to its compact size. The thickness of the case is only 5.95 mm, allowing the manufacturer to claim it is the thinnest smartphone with a 3D-curved display on the market. Despite its flat shape, the device feels monolithic: the build quality is high, with no creaks or gaps.

The back panel is made of fiberglass. It is essentially plastic, but very pleasant to the touch; the smartphone looks "premium". The frame is metal, and the front is a large curved AMOLED display. Such solutions are no longer unique, but they still remain a rarity in the budget segment, so the visual effect of the smartphone makes an impression.

It should also be noted that there is a light indicator: the lower lens of the main camera module lights up during calls, receiving messages, launching games, or working with widgets. This small but pleasant detail makes the model more recognizable.

The smartphone supports moisture protection according to the IP65 standard. It is certainly not advisable to immerse it in water, but accidental splashes or walks in the rain do not harm it.
Display: Bright AMOLED with a Refresh Rate of Up to 144 Hz
The HOT 60 PRO+ features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1.5K. For this diagonal, it offers an optimal pixel density that ensures clear imagery and comfortable text readability.

The screen has good brightness and wide viewing angles. A separate advantage is the appropriate functioning of automatic brightness adjustment, which budget models often struggle with.
The refresh rate can reach 144 Hz. This will be appreciated by users who play mobile games or simply enjoy a smooth interface. However, it is worth noting that not all applications support 144 Hz, and in all the games we tested, the available refresh rate was 120 Hz. Nevertheless, the display leaves a positive impression.

For convenient access, there are two unlock methods — face recognition and an under-display fingerprint sensor. Both work quickly and reliably.
Performance and Interface Operation
The smartphone is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G200 processor paired with a Mali-G57 MC2 graphics module. The amount of RAM is 8 GB, expandable to 16 GB. The device has 256 GB of internal storage, which is sufficient for storing photos, videos, and most apps.

In everyday use, this configuration demonstrates good performance: there are no delays in the menu, applications open quickly, and videos play smoothly. In simple and moderately demanding games, the smartphone performs stably. The thin body can lead to increased heating during prolonged gaming sessions, but for short gaming sessions, the power is quite sufficient.

The device runs on Android 15 with a proprietary XOS 15 shell. Among additional features are tools based on artificial intelligence. They are used in photography, image editing, and unlock some specific functions. For example, there is an option to transcribe voice calls into text. Traditionally, the smartphone has both the usual Google Play catalog and its own app store.

Sound by JBL
Good speaker sound is another advantage. The sound is loud, fairly clear, and even has decent low frequencies, which is a rarity for a thin body. The JBL logo is present on the body, indicating that the manufacturer has paid special attention to sound quality in this model. As they say, it's not just for show.

Photos and Video
The main camera is based on a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor. During the day, the smartphone takes clear and detailed photos, while at night, it provides a decent level for its segment. The 13 MP front camera also shows good sharpness and pleasing color reproduction.

Video recording is possible in Full HD with stabilization (up to 60 fps) or in 2K without stabilization (up to 30 fps). For an affordable smartphone, these are quite powerful capabilities.

Autonomy and Charging
Despite its thin design, the INFINIX HOT 60 PRO+ comes with a 5160 mAh battery. In real conditions, the smartphone works for 1.5-2 days or about 8-9 hours of active screen time, depending on usage. At the end of a typical day in tests, approximately 40% charge remained.
45W fast charging allows the device to be fully charged in just over an hour. There is also reverse charging, which allows for recharging small gadgets like headphones or a fitness bracelet. However, there is no wireless charging.

Overall Impressions
INFINIX HOT 60 PRO+ leaves the impression of a smartphone that looks more expensive than its price. The thin body, curved AMOLED display, decent cameras, loud stereo speakers, and thoughtful packaging make it an appealing option in the mid-range segment. It is a balanced device without unnecessary experiments but with a quality realization of the main functions.
The model is suitable for a wide audience — from teenagers to older adults. Young people will likely appreciate the style and modern-looking body with an impressive curved display the most. The HOT 60 PRO+ fully justifies its price and offers a significantly wider range of capabilities than you might expect.
