Russians Attacked Rivne Region and Korosten: Train Movement Suspended

Mass Attack by Occupiers on Northern Ukraine

Russian drones attacked the northern districts of Rivne region for almost a day, damaging infrastructure. This was reported by the head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Koval.

"Today was a difficult day for the Rivne region. The enemy attacked our northern districts for almost a day. Fortunately, no people were harmed, but we have infrastructure damage," Koval noted.

Impact of the Attack on the Transport System

Due to damage to railway infrastructure, Ukrzaliznytsia was forced to cancel two morning suburban trains in the Zhytomyr region, specifically:

• No. 6480 Olevsk — Korosten (departure at 04:47)
• No. 6481 Korosten — Olevsk (departure at 09:48)

Ukrzaliznytsia representatives urged passengers to take into account schedule changes and, if possible, choose alternative modes of transportation.
