Large-Scale Electricity Supply Restrictions Due to Hostile Attacks
On Friday, January 23, hourly electricity disconnection schedules will be in effect across all regions of Ukraine due to the consequences of Russian missile and drone attacks on energy infrastructure.
Situation in Regions
According to Ukrenergo and regional energy companies, the most challenging situation remains in the capital and several regions:
- Kyiv: emergency disconnections without clear schedules continue
- Odesa Region: 8 out of 12 stages will be de-energized three times during the day
- Mykolaiv Region: disconnection schedules up to 14-16 hours per day
- Zaporizhzhia Region: cyclic disconnections of 5 hours three times a day

Director of the Energy Research Center, Oleksandr Kharchenko, predicts that it may take up to seven days to return to stable schedules in Kyiv.
Recommendations for the Population
