On Thursday, December 18, Kyiv's "Dynamo" will play the final match of the group stage of the Conference League against the Armenian "Noa". After unsuccessful performances in previous rounds and losing the chances for the playoffs, this game will be an important test for the newly appointed head coach Ihor Kostiuk.
During the pre-match press conference, Ihor Kostiuk noted that the Kyiv team is facing staffing issues: five players will not be able to help the team due to injuries and suspensions. Among the absent are "Dynamo" captain Vitaliy Buyalsky, Kristian Bilovar, Denys Popov, Vladyslav Blenuce, and Aliu Tiare. Additionally, the coach stated that he relies on young players from the academy who have already shown their potential in previous matches.
"Dynamo's" opponent, the Armenian "Noa", continues to fight for a playoff spot and is motivated for a positive result in Lublin. However, the team is also dealing with losses: several key players will be absent, including goalkeeper Timothy Fayulu and forward Gonzalo Gregorio.
