The ninth week of the "Weighing and Happy" project became a trial for the participants, who for the first time had to compete for their own results. Host Daniel Salem announced that all participants were now individually fighting for victory, each of them received a personal t-shirt and the status of an individual player.
The week started with an unpredictable challenge: participants were to evaluate each other in what was called the ranking test. The one who received the highest average score gained an advantage at the weigh-in, -1 kg. This week was filled with various physical and psychological challenges, including a rope climbing competition where participants had the opportunity to earn bonuses or anti-bonuses.
Cause for Concern
However, the main focus was on Oleksandr Snihurov, whose results raised suspicions. After the weigh-in, where he posted an impressive weight loss of 8 kg, the host called him in for a personal conversation. During the discussion, Oleksandr admitted that he had taken a banned diuretic in an attempt to improve his results. This decision was a consequence of his fear of remaining in the project due to a high anti-bonus of 2 kg.
Coach Marina Borzhemska and the host stated the necessity to adhere to the project rules and made a tough decision: Oleksandr must leave the show. He had previously participated in the project with the aim of changing his life, as he had suffered from excess weight for many years.
"At first, I was afraid to disappoint Marina, but in the end, I decided to honestly confess," Oleksandr said, adding that the severe health consequences forced him to take this step.
Observation of Participants
Following the dramatic events of this week, the participants are awaiting new challenges, and the show's fans are eagerly anticipating the upcoming stages of individual competition. All of them intend to demonstrate their strength, discipline, and strategic thinking.
