In Kyiv, a new electricity supply system with individual outage schedules for each house has been introduced starting from midnight on January 29, 2026. This was announced by DTEK representatives.
Features of the New System
Unlike the previous scheme that divided the city into 6 groups, now each house will have its own unique electricity supply schedule. This is due to the need for more flexible energy system management after Russian attacks.

Kyiv residents can obtain information about electricity outage times in two places:
- On the official DTEK website
- In the company's chatbot
The company warns about possible technical difficulties and inaccuracies due to high load on information resources.
Reasons for Introducing the New System
The decision was made due to significant damage to energy infrastructure as a result of Russian missile and drone attacks. DTEK specialists are trying to optimize electricity supply as much as possible under constant risks.
