Context of the Situation
Recall that Russian occupiers launched another combined attack on Kyiv on the night of January 9, which damaged the city's energy infrastructure. This led to problems with heat, water, and the introduction of emergency power outages.
According to the Ministry of Energy, over the past day, energy workers restored electricity for 648,000 subscribers. The capital is gradually returning to planned shutdowns.
